Comments: Parked at Marquam Shelter and went up to Council Crest. Over to the zoo and down Wildwood. We went down through Washington Park and back over to Marquam Shelter.

Our next run will be from the Marquam Shelter at 6:30 Friday morning.

Comments: Parked at Marquam Shelter and ran towards PSU. Connected with Vista bridge and into Washington Park. Connected with Wildwood trail and over to Council Crest and then down the Marquam trail.

Meet at Marquam Shelter at 7:00 AM.

Weather: 50's and cloudy

Comments: We ran a new route today. We went flat and then up. We continued to go up and then flat and then up again. (Notice we have not gone down yet.) Then we went down to the car. The run was about 9 miles and took 1:40.

The next run will be on the marquam trail. Park the at the Marquam shelter at 7:00 AM.
