Comments: Sloppy trail but great weather. Two weeks until Russ' professional running debut.

Comments: We went from the Hawthorne Bridge to Terwilliger and back for 10 miles. We all agreed that we will take it easy after the Shamrock run in March. Bob Loblaw.

Weather: Mid 40's and cloudy

Comments: Ran from Hawthorne Bridge to Council Crest and then over to Terwilliger. Russ was The Man today leading the charge up Marquam trail. I've got find out what is in his cereal. He will be getting in touch with his feminine side or should I say someone feminine will be getting in touch with him.

Comments: Went from Burnside to Council Crest for a 10 mile trail run. From an overly perky "runner" to funny old ladies with walking sticks there were lots of people out on the trail today. And Orange glasses are cool.
