Weather: 50 and Cloudy

Comments: Ran down through Washington Park and over to Marquam and up to Council Crest. Great trail conditions. Saw a few groups of runners out today with headlamps. Its that time or year. Two more long runs and we are ready for RTSW.

Our next run will be from Burnside at 7:30 tomorrow morning. It will be too dark at 7:00.

Weather: Mid 40's and Sunny

Comments: Nearly perfect running weather today. We did a new loop that went from the Hawthorne Bridge up to Council Crest. Then we took the Wildwood over to Washington Park. Back down through Downtown made a 12 mile loop. Mr 65-year-old blew past us on the bridge like we were running backwards and looked like was out for a walk. I'd like to introduce him to Russ' Doubting Admin Party Older Runner Hater guy.

Comments: We went up from Hawthorne Bridge up to Council Crest. Pretty rainy. Get use to it.

Comments: We all had our issues this morning so we did a nice short 8 mile run. Next week: 12!
