Comments: Up to Council Crest and back for 7 soaking, windy, cold miles. We have had many nice winter runs over the last few years. This was not one of them.

Comments: We ran my favorite 9 miles today. Up Marquam, Fairmont back to Marquam and down Terwilliger.

Comments: We ran the standard today - Burnside to Council Crest taking the shortcut back. Great to be back on the trail.
