Comments: We ran Wildwood to Council Crest and then went around Fairmont Loop taking the shortcut back for 11+ miles. Fairmont Loop is good mental training for those us who are weak in the art of road running.

The next run will be Saturday mroning at 7:00 AM. Park off Burnside.

Weather: 60 degrees and misty

Comments: Ran the Wildwood, downtown, Marquam Trail loop taking the shortcut back for 9 miles. I'll take a little bit of rain rather than heat any day. No babies to report on.

Our next run will be along the Wildwood. Park off Burnside at 7:00 AM.

Weather: 60 and Sunny

Comments: We went to Council Crest and back for a nice 10 mile trail run. Lots of runners and hikers today. The plan for next week is to run 12 miles without feeling like we added 2 to today's 10. And just for the record this week the previously ugly baby was cute.

Comments: Rainiest run in a long time. Not a fan but we better get use to it.
