Weather: Low 40's and light rain. Colder than I thought it would be.

Comments: It was great to get back on the trail. Very muddy. Time to decide which race to sign up for 8k or 15k.

Comments: We went up Marquam trail to the right and then came down Broadway. On our way back through town we had a 'thats how you people get hit' moment. No worries - nobody got hit. T'sall-Good!

Comments: We ran along the Terwilliger today starting at Barbur. Nice hour run. I ended up 2/3 on my goal. 7 Weeks until the first race of the season.

Comments: Russ is at the beach and Carolyn and Stacey are running in Da Wood. I am going to try to run 6 miles each day of the three day weekend. One for one so far. I ran to Glendoveer and around once for a 6 mile route.

Comments: Ran from the Hawthorne bridge and up Broadway up to Council Crest. We went down to Terwilliger and back. The trail was as muddy as is gets. Time to start thinking about getting ready to tun the Lepricon Run!

Our next run will be from the Hawthorne Bridge at 7:30 Saturday morning.

Weather: Balmy (upper 40's and cloudy)

Comments: We pparked at Marquam Shelter and ran up to Council Crest. Went across to other the other tower and down new route to Terwilliger. This route is about 7 miles.
