Comments: Made a great energy bar today out of almond butter, almonds, cocoa nibs, coconut flakes and flax seeds. Just put everything in a food processor, press into a pan and put in the fridge.

Comments: Starting over with my streak. This time it is lined up with Whole 30 eating. I started out a little sluggish this morning (maybe missing my peanut butter and bread) but finished fine. Brought an RX bar to have with coffee afterwards. Sorry for the bad directions Russ!
