Update - I went for a run from my house to Glendoveer, around the golf course and back. It was 26 degrees when I left and 24 degrees when I got back. Wind gust of 30 MPH made for an adventure. When the wind was to my back I had to take my gloves off due to over-heating.

The morning run has been cancelled due to poor driving conditions - the snowstorm came early. Everybody do your own run and post here under comments. Have fun in the snow!

Good call. I saw on the news a bunch of cars pulled over on 405 putting their chains on this am. I still have my chains on from the first snow which hasn't melted at our house! I will be tortured at the YMCA this morning on the treadmil! Horrible but better than nothing.

7 miles on treadmill. Horribly torturous. Thankfully I had Stacy to talk to, although I'm sure we drove the people around crazy :)

This one is a test. Can't seem to get the the old password to work. Either that or the old memory banks are not working...

I was just about to leave when I re-read the blog. Good call Jim though it would have been fun. Walked the 1/2 mile to Springwater with Cindy, ran 3 1/2 on the trail and met her back up on 17th at the beginning of the Oaks Bottom Trail. Walked the two miles home from there. Hot when I was running, cold on the walk home. Great morning for a FLAT run, company was good too although I missed the Lofthus family gossip.

I'll be leaving on the cruise next Sat morning so unless we run before that, I'll see you after the first of the year.

Merry Christmas
