Weather: Low 30's and snow flurries
Comments: We ran from Hawthorne Bridge to Marquam Shelter and then up to Council Crest. On the way down we took Fairmont Loop and ended up on Marquam Trail. It was a nice 9 miles run at a slow pace. Russ - what route did you end up running?

Just did a local run. My house to north end of Springwater by the Ross Island Bridge. Seven miles in about an hour. The reward was a paint brush, not my usual hot cup of coffee and and pumpkin cookie.
We thought Broadway kept you away today but I beat you to it and had already talked Jim out of it since I'm still getting over a very nasty cold. I coughed my way up the hill but coming down was better. We were overwhelmed by "row team" ladies at Coopers. They are much more noisy than the old men at Peets that take up all the seating.
Now I have the bad cold.
