Good thing we cancelled - I was not feeling good this morning. Hopefully you guys got out for a run on your own. I guess one sick day every few years isn't too bad.
I ran 8 miles. Bummer to be sick on such a beautiful day to run. I was a bandit in part of the Friar Trot run here in Sherwood this morning. Good to have the police escorts on the corners.
I ran the loop we were to run together, my place to to Springwater, the west side first and came back on the eastside. Lots of running club memebers on that side. I figure it was about 9 miles or so. Great morning but missed the conversation.
You looked a little rough yesterday too. Did you still make it to Corvallis?
