Runners: Russ, Carolyn, Stacey, Jessica and Jim

Weather: 60 and Sunny

Comments: Good run today but after hiking, lifting, biking, tennis, racquetball and swimming this week Marquam hill seemed a bit steeper than usual.

Jim was a stud! after all the other exercise this week, he still sprinted past me at the end. Talk about a competitive spirit.
