45 degrees and no gloves, a little chilly. I went out to Wildwood and ran to the watertower and back. The knot on my knee is about the size of hazelnut now. Doesn't hurt unless I touch it (so I don't touch it).
Has your knee moved beyond tender to hurting! Stacy and I parked at omsi and ran down east side esplanade and down westside thru town to terwilleger, to barbur and back(actually i ran to barbur) she wasnt' feeling super great so she turned around alittle early. We met up again at the bridge. Beautiful morning. I'm anxious to get back on the trails. I hope job, I mean Jim doesn't have anymore plagues against him.

Russ - so many comments I could say about touching or tender or nuts but since it still hurts to laugh I guess I'll just say good job you guys.
Well in that case, I meant a grapefruit sized knot on my knee...
