Weather: Upper 30's and sunny
Comments: We took Russ and Stacey on the new Cumberland trail loop. Somehow it seems like we run uphill about an hour and downhill for 10 minutes. Next week we may park at the bottom of Washington Park and run toward the zoo first to expand this course a bit.

I enjoyed the run but you're right, just a little longer would be great. Probably wont be able to join you next week. My dad died this morning around 10:00. I suspect the memorial service will be next weekend.
Even though you were expecting it, sorry to hear the news. We'll be thinking of you next weekend.
