Comments: The great trail conditions continue. Perfectly packed dirt with some rain to keep the dust down make for dangerously good trails. We need nice rainy sloppy condition. It's much safer (can't remember the last time anyone fell in the rain.)

Comments: Drenching humidity today. Looked like a lot of people out on the trail getting ready for the Portland Marathon. Good thing we only run 13 miles. 26 seems too far.

Comments: Russ started a new trend today. Park at different starting points and try to find each other. There is a show on the the Science Channel (Extended Cable!) called ManTracker. It does involve a horse so we'll have to work on that.

Comments: We ran up to Council Crest and used the shortcut back for 8 miles. The trails conditions are perfect right now and should remain that way until sometime late in Oct.
