Runners: Russ and Jim in Portland and Carolyn and Stacey in LO.
Weather: Lower 50's and Cloudy
Comments: We ran Oaks Bottom to the Sellwood Bridge to Willamette Park and back to Downtown. We ran a bit under 9 minute miles with no stopping so a pretty good simulation of the race in two weeks.

We ran a loop in LO. Starting on hwy 43. Childs Rd was very sketchy for a bit with no shoulder and people in LO don't like to move over AT ALL. Anyway, it was a great loop moderately hilly, very pretty. 11 miles. Felt great. Glad to be alive!
