Comments: Went for the Deliverance Run. I am determined to turn the steeper walking sections into a normal running section. Probably will never get use to running by the house (and the bus and the teepee) without feeling like someone is aiming a shotgun at me. Brian and Jess - good to see you out on the trail!

Thanks for the fun run. Good to see Jessica and Brian again. What a stud comes out and runs the deliverance run on his vacation. ill probably run it in full gear next time. Nice to catch up on the family gossip too.
