Weather: Low 50's and Misty
Comments: Went up Broadway (27:40) and then up to Council Crest. Then over to Terwilliger on the trail for a total 9 miles. Starting to figure out how run downhill in my Vibrams. Think of the old Keep on Truckin' poster (His right foot not his left.)

Rode my bike out to 122nd and back on the springwater. I enjoyed it but it was really not the same workout as running with you guys. On a positive note, I was able to wear regular shoes for the first time yesterday.
