Comments: Adventure run today. Trees down and lots of water everywhere. Marquam trail has a significant slide blocking it. Good Times. I looked back at the run from October 15th, 2011. Almost the exact route and time. Then I broke my foot. Good to be back and time to be careful.

I always miss the long slippery ones. I ran a shorter 6.5 on the springwater before the lecture
