Comments: Mud from all the snow this week slowed us down nicely. Average HR 134 is what I was going for. Nice way to start off Spring Break.

Missed the longer run today but "The Scamper" was fun too. About 500 of us.Official Timing but not a closed course so had to watch for traffic. 7.05 MM for the 5k. Felt OK about that. Let me know if there is a run later this week.
