Ran 8.5 with my daughter Sara today. Nice slow run with some good conversation.
Oh, that is so sweet! Stacy and I had a slow hilly run, 5.5 miles up and 4.5 mainly down with a few small hills. Our conversation was good also. (of course)
I guess when I am not around everybody slows down and chats. I slowed down the most. Ruth and I walked around the new exhibit at the zoo.
