The next bike ride will be on the Leif Erickson Trail at 4:00 PM tomorrow. Follow Thurman St all the way to the parking lot in NW Portland.

Got the message. Count on me being there unless I call. Hurt my back at the beach but ran 5 this morning and think I'm OK. Planned on riding Thursday morning anyway. See you there.
