Comments: Ran to Council Crest and took the shortcut back. There is a nice compare feature on my Garmin Connect site that goes with my watch. I was able to pull up six times we did the same Wildwood run with shortcut since last May. All them were slower than today.

I think I better stop running with you guys, I'm slowing you down. Whenever I'm not there you get a pr.
The fact that both of us wanted to vomit at the end is a tell-tale sign of how we really felt.
